CRA Leadership Impact Award

This is a mid-career award (10+ years from the start of independent practice) that recognizes a CRA member who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and advocacy, making a significant impact in the field of rheumatology. The nominee should be a distinguished leader who has significantly advanced the mission and values of CRA through excellence in one or more of the following areas:

  1. Visionary Leadership – Demonstrates strategic thinking, innovation, and the ability to inspire and guide others toward meaningful progress.
  2. Advocacy & Influence – Acts as a strong advocate for key initiatives, policies, or communities, driving positive change through engagement and influence.
  3. Service & Impact – Makes substantial contributions to professional, organizational, or community development, leaving a lasting impact.

Eligibility:

  • The award nominee must be a CRA member in good standing at the time of nomination and awarding.
  • The nominator and seconder must be members of CRA in good standing at the time of nomination.

The award consists of a $2,500 honorarium and a framed certificate in recognition of their achievements.
