It is with very heavy hearts that we share the news of Dr. Daniah Basodan’s unexpected death on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024, in Edmonton, Alberta.
Dr. Basodan, appointed as Assistant Professor at the University of Alberta, was a member of the CRA and a beloved member of the pediatric rheumatology community in Edmonton for the last several years. Her passing is a tremendous loss to her family, friends, colleagues, patients and to our rheumatology community. Dr. Basodan will be greatly missed.
