Project Summary

Does individualized counseling compared to standard of care improve adherence to recommendations for physical activity levels and dietary intake in patients with early inflammatory arthritis? We are completing a randomized controlled trial to determine how we can best use multi-disciplinary care teams to increase healthy lifestyle choices in  patients diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis.
