Patient demographics, medications, allergies, prescriptions, past medical history, results, notes, forms, appointments and more. We work with your current vendor to ensure a complete transfer. 

Most migrations take 8–12 weeks depending on the vendor and data complexity. 

Every clinic is assigned a dedicated onboarding manager. After go-live, our Canadian-based support team is available by phone, email, and chat. We also have built-in tooltips and a searchable help library. 

Yes. We provide personalized training during onboarding and refresher sessions as needed. We also offer onboarding for new hires and specialty-specific workflows. 

 

FAQ: Provincial System Integration with Arya EMR 

Yes — Arya is fully integrated with Excelleris, which provides access to Lab Results, Radiology Reports, Pathology, and Transcriptions from all major health authorities in BC.  No manual uploads or workarounds are required.

Yes — Arya is integrated with LifeLabs Ontario, allowing lab results to be automatically delivered directly into the EMR. We are also connected with HCV (Health Card Validation). 

We are actively working toward OMD certification and integration with HRM (Health Report Manager), OLIS (Ontario Laboratories Information System).

Clinics in other provinces currently receive lab and imaging results through eFax. Arya's Smart eFax Assist automatically categorizes, tags, and routes incoming documents to the correct patient chart, streamlining workflows while we work on direct integrations. 

Yes — we are prioritizing integrations in other provinces based on clinic demand and health authority access. In the meantime, all results are routed via eFax and supported by Arya's built-in AI tools for efficient processing.
