COVID Related Hyperinflammation in the Paediatric Population: PIMS, MIS-C & CPSP

During this 1-hour webinar, our panel of paediatric experts will discuss symptoms, outcomes, and current treatments for patients with COVID related hyperinflammatory syndrome.

Dr. Berard will review the clinical presentation, diagnostic workup, and potential treatment options for the newly described COVID related hyperinflammation in the paediatric population. Dr. Morin will share her experiences from CHU Sainte-Justine Hospital in Montreal, Dr. Wahezi will provide updates from the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in New York and Dr. Morris, who leads the Canadian Pediatric Society Surveillance Project (CPSP) on COVID-19, will provide updates and future plans for this project.
